Salman Khan gets fresh death threats from unknown person who threatened to blow up his car - Here's what we know so far

While Salman Khan has been in the news for his multiple films that he is a part of after Sikandar, the star before that was in the news for the danger that has been lurking around him. It was mid last year when the country was left shaken as two hired gunmen fired multiple rounds of bullets towards his Mumbai residence and fled away, only to be caught by the Mumbai police later. That incident was followed by the brutal murder of Khan’s close aide Baba Siddiqui, and that sent shock waves across his fandom. Turns out now the actor is yet again in news and for more threats. Salman Khan has reportedly received fresh death threats, and this time around, there is no one who has claimed them yet.

Salman Khan Receives New Death Threats

For the unversed, Radhe star Salman Khan has been on the hit list of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi for a long time now. The gang of the said gangster has time and again made attempts to harm the star and even given a lot of threats to him. It all started when back in the day, while shooting for Hum Saath Saath Hain, Salman Khan shot down a blackbuck, which is considered holy by the people of the Bishnoi community. However, the fresh threat is still not associated with any group or person, and no one has taken responsibility for the same.

As per several reports, Antim: The Final Truth fame Salman Khan has received a new threat. The police have confirmed that the threat has been received via a message that was sent to the WhatsApp number of Mumbai's Transport Department in Worli. The said message warned of killing the actor by entering his house and also includes a threat to blow up his car with a bomb. The Mumbai police have already begun their investigation into the same and are yet to find a breakthrough.

A Hindustan Times report says that the security around the actor has been beefed up even more now. However, this is the fifth threat the star has received in the past two years. Mumbai Police has filed a complaint against an unknown person. It is being said that the police are trying to find the origin of the message that was received on the WhatsApp number of Mumbai's Transport Department in Worli.

It was last year when the two horrific incidents happened — one when shots were fired at Salman Khan’s residence and the second when Baba Siddiqui was murdered. Salman even recently spoke about the life threat around him all the time and said, "Bhagwan, Allah sab unpar hai. Jitni umar likhi hai, utni likhi hai. Bas yahi hai. Kabhi kabhi itne logon ko saath mein leke chalna padta hai, bas wohi problem ho jaati hai." (All of it depends on the Almighty. I will stay alive for the time God has decided for me. The only thing that bothers me is that I have to walk around with so many people now.)
