Actor Trisha, who was recently seen in Good Bad Ugly, has some interesting projects in her kitty. One of them is the multi-starrer Thug Life, which is helmed by legendary filmmaker Mani Ratnam. Trisha will be marking her third collaboration with the filmmaker after the Ponniyin Selvan duology and Ayutha Ezhuthu.
With Trisha celebrating her birthday on Sunday, the makers released a new poster of her character from Thug Life. The poster shows Trisha in a no make-up look, wearing a white shirt and red skirt. Her role in the film has not yet been revealed by the makers.
Trisha will be starring in an important role in Thug Life, along with actors Kamal Haasan, Silambarasan, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Ashok Selvan, Abhirami, Joju George, Nasser, and others. The makers recently unveiled the first single Jinguchaa from the movie. AR Rahman scored the music.

Thug Life is scheduled to release in theatres on June 5, 2025. The film marks reunion of Kamal Haasan and Mani Ratnam after their iconic film Nayakan. The post-theatrical streaming rights of the film have been bagged by Netflix for a fancy price. Thug Life is produced by Raaj Kamal Film International and Madras Talkies jointly.
