Thudarum, starring Mohanlal along with Shobana, is continuing its glorious run at the box office even as it wins much love and appreciation from the audiences. Now celebrating the success of his second movie this year after the Lucifer sequel Empuraan, Mohanlal has unveiled the Thudarum success trailer on social media. The latest trailer gives a more gritty glimpse of the Mohanlal-starrer as Shanmugham faces off with George Sir (a brilliant Prakash Varma).

After Operation Java and Saudi Vellakka, Tharun Moorthy directed Thudarum with Mohanlal in the lead. As the film scripts a success story at the box office, the team has released a new trailer.

The new glimpse begins with glimpses of Mohanlal, even as a rain alert is being made over TV news. Mohanlal then introduces himself as Shanmugham, but people call him Benz.

The trailer then moves on to more tense sequences featuring Binu Pappu and Shobana, setting the stage for the entry of the main antagonist, George Sir. As Mohanlal gears up for a fight, he warns that a herd of elephants won't attack, but beware of the one that goes rogue. All in all, the Thudarum success trailer gives us a glimpse of all the gritty action and tense situations in the Mohanlal-starrer. It is very different from the trailer released prior to the film’s release that had more light-hearted sequences in the beginning.

Much like the film, the Thudarum success trailer is also winning love on social media. Several fans commented on YouTube that they the new trailer has prompted them to visit the cinemas again to rewatch Thudarum, with some saying they have already seen it thrice!

Some netizens also remarked about the flexibility of the actor, who has been in the industry for more than four decades. Comments said ‘goosebumps’ moment and ‘theatre erupted’ at this particular sequence. Jakes Bejoy’s background score also got a thumbs up from netizens.

The film also features Binu Pappu, Thomas Mathew, Farhaan Faasil, Maniyanpilla Raju, , Irshad Ali, and Aarsha Chandini Baiju, among others.
