Expectations for Pranav Mohanlal-Rahul Sadasivan film
Expectations are high as the project marks a rather unique director-actor combination. Fans are curious to know how Rahul Sadasivan will present Pranav Mohanlal. The upcoming Pranav Mohanlal-starrer marks Rahul Sadasivan’s next project after Mammootty-starrer Bramayugam and Bhoothakaalam, both of which were highly acclaimed. Notably, both the films also had horror elements in them. The upcoming film is also touted to belong to the horror genre, though the sub-genre has not been specified.
On the other hand, Pranav Mohanlal was last seen in a cameo appearance in Empuraan, the sequel of the 2019 hit Lucifer. Pranav was seen in a short sequence, portraying the younger version of Stephen Nedumpally aka Khureshi Ab’raam.
He played one of the lead roles in Varshangalkku Shesham, along with Dhyan Sreenivasan, in 2024. Hridayam and Aadhi are some of his other popular films.
Since Pranav has mostly done action or feel-good films, Rahul Sadasivan’s film is likely to mark a shift in his career.

Arjun Ashokan and Sidharth Bharathan also starred in the movie, which is available for streaming on SonyLiv and OTTplay Premium.
Bhoothakaalam, starring Revathy and Shane Nigam, is also available on SonyLiv and OTTplay Premium.
