YouTuber known for his vlogs, VJ Siddhu, who was recently seen in Tamil blockbuster of the year Dragon, has turned into a director. His debut feature has been titled Dayangaram, the teaser of which was released by the makers on social media on Friday.

VJ Siddhu turns into director; debut film titled Dayangaram

This year's blockbuster film Dragon saw VJ Siddhu, a popular YouTuber, as an actor. Following this, Siddhu has now announced his debut directorial. Titled Dayangaram, the title teaser of the film was launched on social media. Besides directing the film, Siddhu will also star as the lead in Dayangaram.

The title teaser begins with Siddhu and his father played by Ilavarasu waiting at the producer Ishari Ganesh's office. The duo is waiting to get their film script mounted. As they get called inside, Siddhu is questioned about his school marks by Ishari Ganesh. Soon, we realise that Siddhu is accompanied by his father everywhere, as he begins to narrate the film. The teaser then shows Ganesh calling Siddhu which is picked by his friends, as they meddle the call. The teaser ends with Siddhu bagging the project.

The technical crew consists of Dinesh Krishnan cranking the camera and Pradeep E. Ragav as the editor. Siddhu Kumar is scoring the music. The rest of the cast is yet to be announced.

VJ Siddhu appeared in a prominent supporting character in 2025 hit film Dragon starring Pradeep Ranganathan. The film is directed by Oh My Kadavule fame Ashwath Marimuthu. You can stream the film on Netflix in multiple languages.
